The Covid-19 pandemic, the war between Ukraine and Russia, and climate change are all scourges that have a direct impact on the profound transformation of the world we live in. We are facing times of change, upheaval and events that demand attention and responses to the challenges they pose.

Spain, like all of Europe, urgently needs to take a step forward in the fields of security, defense and aerospace, with all the technology they involve, as well as in the industry linked to all of this, strengthening our capabilities and sufficiency to successfully face new challenges. It is also necessary to strengthen the European industry associated with these sectors and to define the possibilities opened up by space and cybersecurity.
